Angamardana
Angamardana is a yoga-based workout that helps you feel strong and full of energy. It makes your body healthy and your mind clear.
The word Angamardana means control over your whole body — your arms, legs, and organs. This practice helps you feel fresh, strong, and alive.

Yogasanas
The word asana means posture.
Out of all the postures the body can make, 84 are known as Yogasanas. These postures help you shape your body and mind for better health and inner balance.
Yogasanas are not just exercises. They are gentle ways to guide your energy in the right direction. Through 24 powerful postures, Hatha Yoga helps your body hold more energy and stay steady.
When the body is untrained, it often moves by habit. By holding it in a certain way, you help your energy flow smoothly, bringing peace, strength, and balance inside.

Surya Kriya
Surya Kriya is an ancient yogic practice that helps with health, balance, and inner peace. The word Surya means sun, and Kriya means inner energy process.
This practice activates your inner sun, bringing warmth and energy into your body. It helps balance the left and right sides of your energy, so your body becomes steady and your mind calm.
With this strong base, you can explore deeper levels of life and meditation.

What’s Included in the Program
Daily Hatha Yoga classes: 2 core modules will be taught, chosen among Angamardhana, Surya Kriya, and Yogasanas, depending on participants’ levels and experience.
Accommodation in a sumptuous villa with a private pool and private rooms
