Guided by caring, experienced yoga teachers.

Choose between two programs: Classical Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga (Mysore Style).

  • Classical Hatha yoga

    • Helps you build a body that supports your daily life.

    • Step-by-step practice with clear shapes and steady breath.

    • Focus on calm, control, and balance.

  • Ashtanga (Mysore Style)

    • A fast, flowing practice that builds strength and energy.

    • Breath links each move in a set order.

    • Builds heat, focus, and confidence.

Accommodation

We made the choice to give our guests the best experience possible.
In every way — yoga practice, meals, activities… and accommodation.

You’ll stay in a beautiful villa with a private pool and your own single room.
In some cases, you might share a bathroom with one other room — that’s all.

The exact villa location will be revealed two months before the retreat begins, when the booking period closes.

It’s our way of making sure you get the very best the island has to offer.

Beyond Yoga

Cyprus and Crete are full of opportunities year-round. Of course, outdoor activities depend on the weather — safety always comes first.

No matter the conditions, we’ll make sure you enjoy the best experiences, which may include:

  • Scuba diving, climbing, or horse riding

  • Sightseeing and cultural excursions

  • Evening shows and entertainment

And of course, we’ll keep a few surprises for your retreat — because a little mystery makes it even more magical!

Culinary workshop twice a day

A variety of Middle Eastern foods on a white tablecloth, including hummus with chickpeas, falafel, tabbouleh salad, baba ganoush, fresh vegetables, pita bread, olives, and grilled cheese slices, with glasses of water and mint on the table.

We know that nourishing your body is just as important as nurturing your mind. That’s why we offer two culinary workshops each day, featuring fresh, locally sourced organic food — prepared with love and served at set times to fit seamlessly into your retreat schedule.

You’ll return home with a new appreciation for food, ready to seize the day, every day.

As a special gift, at the end of the retreat you’ll receive 5 to 10 professionally captured photos of yourself, uploaded to a secure website — a beautiful way to remember your week with us.
