A word from the founder and host
It looks more like a novel than a word, but what can you do…
Where did it all start?
I spent my youth and teenage years as a geek, escaping a world, a body, and a mind I didn’t really understand. I was bad at talking to people, and most of what I saw around me felt angry, sad, or fake. Food, friends, and video games were the only things that felt comfortable.
One day, my older sister helped me take a first step out of fear. At 15, in a theme park, she told me, “You can’t be afraid forever. Choose one roller coaster and we’ll do it together.” I picked the least scary one (I still remember: it was the Octopus ride. Yeah, I said it, the least scary one), and I was sure it would terrify me. It didn’t. I loved it. That was my first real taste of change.
In my mid-20s, during a messy breakup after years of fights and lies, I decided to take the entrance exam for nursing school. Teachers in high school had told me I was “too stupid to be a nurse,” but I passed it. I quit my supermarket job, started school, and discovered I actually loved caring for people.
In my second year, I got a herniated disc. I didn’t want painkillers, so I searched for alternative solutions. Stretching and gentle exercise were recommended. I’ve always been the kind of person who either does something fully or not at all, so I went from doing almost no sport to “I’ll run 10 km right now 3 times a week” and I began stretching with a strange method of contorting the body called “yoga.” That’s when I realized that taking care of myself is my job, and nobody else is responsible for my health. I dove into self-development, psychology, Ayurveda, and finally, deeply, into yoga. My allergies even disappeared.
I went from breaking things in anger, eating junk food, and getting drunk as f*ck to spending hours a day practicing yoga, fasting with the lunar cycle, and offering free meditation and Upa Yoga classes. Now I simply want to offer this possibility to others (not the junk food and drinking part …), in a beautiful place. The journey isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it.
Nobody regrets starting this path — the opposite is not true.
Why choose us and not another retreat?
Because you won’t come back!
…Wait, that’s not what you think.
What I mean is: the intention of this retreat is that you leave with beautiful memories, transformed, and equipped with tools to keep growing at your own pace.
Of course, I’ll be more than happy to welcome you again in the future — for a different program or to deepen your practice — but you won’t need to come back to feel better.
What’s the point of joining a retreat, taking part in practices, ceremonies and rituals you don’t understand and can’t repeat at home?
The real power lies in repetition — that’s how you build energy.
With us, you’ll actually learn the processes: why, when, and how to use specific rituals and practices, so they become part of your life, not just a holiday experience.
Same for the food! It’s not about eating healthy for one week and then going straight back to old habits. No, no, no.
Each meal is prepared in a kitchen you have access to. You can watch, help, and cook with the chef. You’re part of the creation, so you naturally integrate how to prepare these meals yourself — not just collect recipes in a notebook you never open again.

Haven’t I already said enough to show you how nice and transformative this retreat will be?
What are you looking for — the full schedule?
I can’t give you every detail, and here’s why:
The schedule isn’t fixed.
We adapt it to the weather, the energy of the group, and what feels right in the moment.Surprise is part of the experience.
If I tell you everything in advance, there’s no surprise, no sense of discovery. A retreat is something you join because you feel it’s right for you, not because every minute is planned on paper. And how can you really go wrong?
Before you book, we can have a conversation about what this retreat is about — and you have the triple guarantee.
Do you really think I’d put myself in a position where I deliver a shitty retreat experience and offer a money-back guarantee on top of it?
OK, here’s what a day at the retreat might look like — just as a sample:
05:30 – Pooja
07:00 – Yoga practices
10:00 – Breakfast
13:00 – Workshop or activity
16:00 – Yoga practices
19:00 – Dinner
20:00 – Show or guided meditation
(just a reminder: everything is optional. You don’t want to come for the pooja or the evening guided meditation? Fair enough, don’t come, enjoy the pool or whatever you’re doing)

I think what I try to say is you should hit the damn button!
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Sutra 1.2): Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind (योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः॥२॥).
